The Happiness Planner: How This Planner App Creates More Content

As a teenager, Mo Seetubtim, the founder and CEO of The Happiness Planner, had a vision of empowering individuals to unlock their full potential. Much like the self-help books she avidly consumed, she aspired to create a resource that would “inspire people to lead purpose-driven lives and discover happiness from within.” These words now serve as the driving force behind her business’s mission.

What started as Mo’s motivational blog has blossomed into The Happiness Planner, an online store that offers a range of motivational planners, journals, workbooks, and a dedicated app, all geared toward fostering introspection and personal growth.

According to Mo, “We’re assisting people in mastering their minds, enabling them to become the best version of themselves. This journey helps them cultivate qualities like patience, resilience, happiness, and fulfillment.”

While her products have gained significant popularity, content remains a central focus for Mo’s engagement with her audience. She continues to blog on The Happiness Planner website and shares her insights through email newsletters. Interestingly, it’s her newsletters on self-help strategies that generate the highest levels of engagement.

Mo adopted our email marketing solutions early in her journey, drawn not only to their user-friendliness and effectiveness but also because she identified with the story of Uptel Solutions’ co-founders, who, like her, built their business from the ground up.

However, since her company’s official launch in 2015, Mo has observed a growing competition within her industry. She acknowledges, “Now, with so many competitors, we had to rethink how we could carve out a more specialized niche.”
